Drive to Yancheng, the driving takes 3.5 hours, we may stop on the way to check some small lakes and ponds for some wintering duck species.Birding in the afternoon. Night in Yancheng.

Birding in Yancheng, the target species included Red-crownd Crane, Oriental Stork, Reed Parrotbills, Pallas's Reed Bunting, and some other wintering thrushes, Buntings.Night at the same hotel in Yancheng.

Birding in the morning,then drive back to Shanghai airport to catch the flight to Fuzhou city, stay over night in Fuzhou

Birding at the Fuzhou National Forest Park: White-necklaced Partridge, Silver Pheasant,Red-billed Liothrix,Rufous-faced Warbler, Fork-tailed Sunbird,Grey-sided Simitar Babbler,Streak-breasted Scimitar Babbler,etc. then drive to Sanming(4.5hrs) ,over night at the nearby hotel.

Morning birding around for Blyth's kingfisher, possible Chinese Bamboo Partridge,Bay Woodpecker, Dusky Fulvetta,Huet’s Fulvetta,Rufous-capped Babbler, White-crowned Forktail, Slaty-backed Forktail, Chinese Barbet. Great Barbet, drive to Emeifeng in the afternoon.

Birding at Emeifeng Nature Reserve: Cabot’s Tragopan，Elliot’s Pheasant,Silver Pheasant, Chinese Bamboo Partridge, Koklass Pheasant,Moustached Laughingthrush,Buffy Laughingthrush, Indo-Chinese Yuhina,Black,Mountain Bulbuls,Sultan Tit, Yellow-cheeked Tit,etc.

Birding early in the morning at Emeifeng Nature Reserve: Cabot’s Tragopan，Elliot’s Pheasant,Silver Pheasant, Chinese Bamboo Partridge, Koklass Pheasant,Moustached Laughingthrush,Buffy Laughingthrush, Indo-Chinese Yuhina,Black,Mountain Bulbuls,Sultan Tit, Yellow-cheeked Tit,etc. drive to Wuyuan in the afternoon( Long drive, 6 hrs)

Birding in Wuyuan, Pied Falconet,Short-tailed Parrotbill, Chinese Hwamei, Yellow-browed Bunting, Tristram’s Bunting, Black-faced Bunting,Grey-backed Thrush，etc. Night in Wuyuan.

Morning birding, then drive to Poyang Lake for a three-day stay in the surrounding area. Target species include the Swan Goose, Brown Crake, and White-browed Laughingthrush. Accommodation will be flexible, with hotels selected near the birding spots. We will visit the southeastern, western, and northern regions in search of Cranes, Stork and many other wintering birds. The hotel locations will be adjusted dynamically based on the birds’ distribution.

Drive to the western area of Poyang Lake: Siberian Crane,White-naped Crane,Common Crane, Hooded Crane,Baer's Pochard,Baikal Teal,Swan Goose,Taiga and Tundra Bean Goose,Greater and Lesser White-fronted Goose,Oriental Stork,Chinese Penduline Tit,Japanese Swamp Warber(Marsh Grassbird),Chinese Gray Shrike,ect. Night in Wucheng

Drive to north of Poyang lake, visit some sattlelite lakes scattered around: Siberian Crane,White-naped Crane,Common Crane, Hooded Crane,Baer's Pochard,Baikal Teal,Swan Goose,Taiga and Tundra Bean Goose,Greater and Lesser White-fronted Goose,Oriental Stork,Chinese Penduline Tit,Japanese Swamp Warber(Marsh Grassbird),Chinese Gray Shrike,ect. Night in Jiujiang.

Drive to Dongzhai Nature Reserve, reach there in the afternoon, birding there, night at a Guesthouse nearby the nature reserve.

Birding in the morning, then drive to the nearby Xinyang city ( 1hr, airport code is ‘XAI’ ) or Wuhan city(2.5hrs airport code is WUH) for departure.
