Itinerary
Kicking off in Shanghai, this adventure takes you north to Yancheng, where you’ll catch glimpses of the majestic Red-crowned Crane. Hop on a high-speed train inland to Pingdingshan, Henan, for close-up views of the vibrant Golden Pheasant and striking Koklass Pheasant, then drive south to Xinyang to track down the elusive Reeve’s Pheasant. Next, venture to Poyang Laketo encounter a variety of crane species — including the iconic Siberian Crane — before heading to Fujian to observe rare endemic pheasants native to Southeast China. Finish the journey with a flight from Nanchang to Caohai, Guizhou, to watch the graceful Black-necked Cranes, with the tour wrapping up in Guiyang.

Fly from Nanchang to Guiyang in the west, drive more west to Caohai wetland: Black-necked Cranes, Common Cranes, Bar-headed Goose,Falcated Duck,Ferruginous Duck,Tufted Duck,Northern Shoverler, Ruddy Shelduck,Brown-breasted Bulbul,White-browed Laughingthrsh, Chinese Babax, Chinese Blackbird,Rosy Pipit,Black-headed Greenfinch,Little Bunting,etc.
Drive back to Guiyang airport , catch international flight home.
